Last month I took my Honda CRV in for new tires. Erin steered me in the right direction for the kind of tire that I was looking for. I got 4 Goodyear Assurance tires that came with a $100 rebate and $225 visa debit card... Nice deal!!This week I had to drop off my daughter's Toyota Corolla. We knew one of the tires was leaking air, but not quite sure from where. I realized it was Black Friday and the end of the month and they were swamped!! Mike told me up front that they may not get to it for another day or so and that was fine. To my surprise I got a call early the next day to say that it was all done. The rim had been bent (Potholes in PA????--) and it was fixed.We have been going to Kost Tires for years and will continue to do so.
Great service ! Drove in with a flat tire I got on the way to an appointment. Kost worked to find me a tire and didn’t try to sell me more than what I needed.
Kost saved my day! Not only did have a flat in one day I had two! The guys were great, got my car in ASAP and worked fast to get me back on the road.
1:00 appointment - been here 3-1/2 hours to change 4 tires and prob gonna be another hour to do an alignment! I don’t care how big the tires are - an hour per tire????!!!! Ridiculous!!! Won’t be back!
Needed some new tires on my Lexus RX350, went into the Kost Tires in Eynon and was assisted promptly and professionally by Mike. It was an overall smooth process and I will definitely be using Kost in the future! I want to thank Mike and his team for a phenomenal experience.
I’ve gone here twice and each time they got me in for an appointment right away and were able to get my car fixed quickly. Tyler fixed my flat tire in about 15 minutes and the manager Mike was incredibly helpful and good with informing me of what needed to be done to my car. They were both so helpful and efficient. The customer service is always great and you can tell they really care about their customers. This is definitely where I’ll always take my vehicle.
This last week I had a flat tire (nail/screw in it) Steve was great told me if I could leave it they would get it fixed as soon as tech was free. Within the hour he called it was fixed, when I showed up to get it Steve and Erin had the tech put it on for me.(which I appreciated because it was very hot out) when I asked what I owed them they said not to worry about since I had bought the tires there. (I did not have the road hazard) Great people like this willing to help out in these times is amazing. Keep up the great work. Thank you
Had a flat tire on my classic auto mile away. Changed the tire and drove to eynon kost. The manager to the mechanic in the garage were Awsome. The service was like none better. Repaired my flat had me on my way in 20 minutes. Thank You truly unexpected service
